Arrivals
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time, this allows time to complete any client questionnaires will allow you time to relax before your therapist begins your treatment.
Treatment Record Cards
Consultation cards will be required for all treatments carried out at Venus Spa. These will include some personal and medical questions necessay to ensure that these are suitable for your requirements. All Information is held securely and in the strictest confidence.
Late Arrivals
If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to be as flexible as possible and will endeavour to carry out a full treatment if we are able to, but may shorten your treatment if this is not possible. If you need to cancel part of your treatment please let us know 24 hours in advance. The treatment will be charged for if it is cancelled on the day.
Missed Appointments
If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If the appointment is missed then full price will be charged. If the appointment missed or cancelled is part of a course then it will be counted as taken.
Courses and Vouchers
All courses and voucher payments are to be paid for on commencement. Course are non-refundable and must be taken within 12 months, vouchers within 6 months.
Treatment Duration
All treatment times are guideline only and include client preparations.
Reduced Prices
As an added benefit there are reduced prices for members and residents of the hotel on most treatments.
